Whas size poly bush for my gti?

I have been battling trying to eliminate the knocking noise from my 2007 gti so far I have replaced;
Genuine vw top mounts and bearings L&R
new drop links L&R
cupra console bushes
I plan to change the arb bushes/saddle mount bushes but I have heard 19mm and 20mm just wondering which size people are using?

20mm is the size of the anti roll bar on the GTI guys.

Been trackin' a couple of 9n suspension posts on here as a guest so thought I'd sign up and pick some polo dudes brains... I'm rollin in an '05 9n gttdi and struggling to find correct code on the sticker spiel under the boot carpet..... Any gurus out there know what diameter the arb is on a 130brake polo gttdi? Thanks in advance guys ...

Anyone know another code option on the boot sticker? Can't spot any OA codes as mentioned on the other relevant arb posts...doh...
