changing oil on polo 6n

Ive brought the oil and oil filter for my 1996 1.4cl but I just need to know how to change it, I went under the car and wasn't sure which bolt I undo to get the oil out and where is the oil filter and how should I go about changing that, bit of a noob with all this car stuff, any help much appreciated.
