My Polo, 16v Bumper & Engine Queries!

Hey guys, been watching this forum for ages, finally registered.
This is my project...
Anyway, to my questions:
- Firstly I have bought and sprayed a 16v bumper, but can't find any mouldings for it, any Ideas?
- Engine swaps from 1.0 > 1.6 are generally quite expensive (1K +), Has any one else tried any alternatives, part swaps etc?
