I've had my 9n3 over a year now and because it's only a Match Spec it's very sparse with optional extras so thought of adding a few myself.

I have already done some standard mods so far which include;
VW Monte Carlo 16" wheels (Painted polar White with blue emblems)
Pioneer Head unit
Fli 1200w active sub woofer
Projected + DRL headlight
6k HID conversion
Colour coded headlight brows
Sportex Exhaust + Race Tube
Pipercross performance filter

(Want to get it lowered too but trying to resist the temptation due to amount of speed bumps in my area - I need a push to convince me to do it)

My next idea is I want to install an external temperature sensor seen as mine doesn't have one. I've had a look at a few on eBay but wondered if anyone else had any they'd recommend?

While we are at it does any have any ideas as to what else I can have a go at installing too?

Sorry to throw off topic, where did you get your exhaust from?

tony if you get a sportex exhaust for a gti i will personally drive down to kent and punch you in the face

edit- they don't even make them for the gti you're in luck

I got it off eBay, purely because it was cheaper than standard and has a good grumble to it.

Wouldn't fit it to a gti though, only milltek should go on one

Or custom ?
