That's true, the darkside TDI damper will have very small clearance to the brake booster construction.

I'm close to finishing off all that I wanted to do with this car regarding the exterior.

My beloved GTI on calibre suzuka rims. Custom Stainless steel exhaust. H&R sports lowered Suspension and some other cosmetic touches here and there. Plus a racingling stage 1 tune.

The next and last update for the exterior will be for the front bumper. Either a 6R/C GTI with fog lights retrofitted or leave it standard and just retrofit the fog lights.

My baby 65 plate 1.4 TDI bluemotion, not the easiest to keep clean but she's fun to drive! Lol

Check your rubber for leaks - green copper is water ingress.

Thats why i mentioned the third brake light in my other post.
The "rubber" seal around it perishes away. And i saw all of then on used third brake light are bad!

And you cant buy just the seal. (correct me if im wrong) But hey spongy oring stuff its on the way.

You can seal it in many ways...

I totally agree, it's fixed now. Feel a bit disappointed, but fix it and move on....

Recently ordered a car history report for fun and got around 20 photos from 10 years ago when the car was brand new. This is a before and after comparison. Feels weird when I think about the fact that I was going into 5th grade when this car was first sold and now I own it . Time flies.

I think it was some automated system that was supposed to blur the number plate... Some photos have other random parts blurred
