Cooler Spark Plugss

Need to know what cooler performance spark plugs you guys on stage two GTi's are using, I've got some NGK PFR7Q plugs but not sure if they are the correct ones for cooler plugs?

Someone confirm but I believe its Audi S2 plugs?
I'm stage 2 and haven't done upgraded plugs, is there any benefit?

I've run genuine plugs on my stage 2 for the past 3 years. Never has a issue, if you want to use a cooler plug the best plug for tuned 1.8ts is a bkr7e

Yea Audi s2 plugs are correct. Stage 2 is far better than stage 1, it's a noticeable upgrade.
