I've bought a rear caliper rebuild kit with pistons. Some kits come with brass bushing, and some kits do not come. Does someone where does this brass part goes?

just buy new callipers, the circlip that holds the parking brake mechanism is a nightmare to install and remove.
also, do not wire brush the part where the bajno golt goes. Do not or it will leak. I will try today to sand it flush and try it that way. If it doesnt work hoses and new callipers 😠.
the first calliper was a nightmare it took me 2h for the circlip.

The second one i dismanteld in 15 minutes, but guess what the piston wouldnt wind in witouth force from the top. So again i dismanteld it 8 times to re check everything. And i managed to slide the piston in and it was pushing out slowly applying the handbrake mechanisam. the issue was that circlip.

It took me 8 bloody hrs for 2 callipers, and i think my steel wire wheel strached the part where thencrush washer goes. So i got a leak thanks god for pressure bleeder.

really bad desing the shaft from behind was completly rusted, and water gets in from thenbackside. Nice money maker desing.

If i was to do it again id just buy new callipers.

Polo 6R R WRC bumper does not support foglights, unless you do mods with aftermarket/custom LEDS.

The easiest way is to take it out. The part number is written on it.

Are there any documentation on KFK transmission short shifter mods ? Something like people were doing on 1.9 TDI relocating the pin? Did anyone do it?
Or if someone has one can you take the picture with a ruler next to so I could see if modding the stock one is possible?

Edit: Never mind, i Think I have figured it out. Will check tomorrow on the car to see if its possible.

Edit its possible.

If anyone is in doubt:
Blueprint solid mass flywheel clutch set conversion from mk4 1.9 tdi (5sp) will fit on 1.6 TDI and most importantly will hold torque of 1549 turbo ~180hp.
Warning: the clutch material is soft-ish it's not for hard launches from standstill ( will wear out quickly)

Valeo solid mass conversion holding 240hp on 1.9 tdi no isssues
