Evening all, thought I'd join up on here as I've recently bought a polo upgraded from a corse so it's a move in the right direct I like to think lol, one question I have though that I can't figure out is when you start the car and the drls come on do they dials light up as well...I'm sure they did when I got it but can't be sure now, cheers in advance ill upload some pics soon

Hi welcome to the forum! Yes you are heading in the right direction 
with regards to the dial lighting up, yes they do light up with the DRL's but the car has a dusk sensor so when it gets darker the dials get darker too. It's to remind you to turn on the headlights.
