Hi,

will be picking up a 2010 VW Polo SE DSG 5DR sometime next week, it's actually for my wife but I am feeling the need to re-live my youth by fitting it with the VW accessories body kit and some new alloys. After many hours on the Internet I think I have narrowed it down to the 17" VW Motorsort alloys in gloss black or some 17" OZ Superturismo GTs in matt black. I have mocked up some pictures of the car (in Nimbus Grey) and wheel combos, Which ones do you prefer, or do you have any other suggestions?

With Nimbus Grey you may wish to consider 17" RS4s of the 7 spoke variety. You will see similar on some Audi A3 S-Lines. These add a less aggressive but classier look to the Polo.

I like the first set better. But the RS4s mentioned above look pretty nice!

OEM all the way, VW Motorsports

vw ones dont look that good imo in the flesh....
Superturismo's on the other hand are in another league
look smart!!! vw ones look cheap

The Superturismos look awesome!

I wish they did VW ones in anthracite, like both I'd also look at some speedline turinis

Thanks for the votes and replies, have added a couple of your suggestions to my list My local dealer's got the Motorsports in their showroom so will head down there this weekend and see what they look like in real life.

The first set by a country mile!.

VW Motorsport wheels won't look like they do in the first pic, they're black as black goes which IMO doesn't look that good. I'd definitely go for anthracite or silver on a nimbus grey

i have the alloys in the above picture for sale which have yokohama tyres which have only covered 1000 miles
