BBS RX2 REFURB or SWAP?

Hi guys i have 4 bbs rx2 alloy wheels 15 inch for the 6n2 polo gti.
the thing is they need refurbing and I can't afford it to be honest.
can anyone on here refurb them for a low price, preferably someone who lives near Milton Keynes or Bedford?
if not, then would anybody want to swop my alloys for your alloys?
