Polo 6R Lowering Springs

Post by rennieblair »

Looking to get some lowering springs for my 2010 1.6 Tdi. Have looked at the following springs :

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Eibach-Pro-Ki ... 35c756a800

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H-R-28977-1-L ... 3a7980654f

What springs would be better and why? Or if you recommend any more?

Thanks

depends on how low you want to go.

i have the VW eibachs on mine. front looks good, but the rear needs to be lower, as i have a nose down stance.
It has a decent ride, not too harsh, and corners much better.

i am considering the H&Rs myself, although i would just fit the rear springs though.

I just wish i had gone with the H&R's in the first place.

H&R all day, firm and feels awesome but not back breaking. lowers just right, vw (eibach) ones dont lower enough front or rear imo

I beg to differ - my Eibach from VW is 1 finger gap all round :D
