Took awhile but finally managed to do it. Just needs the gti upper grill now which I may get soon to finish the front off.
Does anyone else think it looks better with the side grills on lol?

It is a straight fit. But only on the R-Line, BlueGT/GTI bumpers. Doesn't fit the regular bumpers.

Looks much better mate

Ive been considering having all my grills sprayed gloss black and the rear diffuser. Just a little concerned about what they will look like after a couple of weeks though. My front bumpers absolutely peppered with stone chips from our crap british roads

Ive seen an absoloute amazing pic of someone who gloss blacked the front grills on a r-line and put two white lines coming right down in the quaterly sections of the bumper
hard to explain but it looked like a golf R front bumper...proper wicked

Cheers!
It sets of the front of the car a lot more. I really like it! It needs the GTI front grill now to finish it off I think but im finding it hard sourcing one for cheap.
Do you have any pics of glossed R-line? I would like to see it cos im not sure what you mean.
My R-line lower slat grill is for sale as well now for £40 if anyone wants it

I like the R-Line bumper... Just not the parts on the foglight surrounds that are bigger than on the GTI/BlueGT...
And not a fan of the two white stripes either I must say...
But that said it would be horrible if everybody had the same taste... Everything would be the same.
