I currently have the only set of projector headlamps for the polo which I got from another member off here a couple of years back. I know I'm not the only one who wanted these so I stripped the lights down to check how they were done and have looked around since for the individual parts in case it need to build another set.

I have now sourced a company who can provide the projector lens and the correct shroud to work with out shape reflector lens.

I am in talks with them re costs for the parts shipped to the uk but wanted to see how many if any would be interested.

I'm aware the first question will be how much and I should have this info in the next couple of days so let me know on this thread if you are interested and I'll update with costs ASAP.

Please note that the shroud was chrome but I had mine painted black and the projector lens is bi xenon but I haven't wired up this element due to the polo using another bulb for this function.

I'd be interested, guessing a HID kit would have to be bought to fit behind them?

Yeah that's right. Most on here have already fitted a H7 HiD kit in their reflector lens so the only thing you'll need to get are H1 bulbs instead of the current H7 ones of the temp/colour of your choice.

Do you have any pictures of the light spread against a wall or anything?

No I don't sorry.
They are off the car again as well as the stuff I used to seal the lens was not doing the job 100% and awaiting the correct stuff in the post.

I was very happy with the beam pattern and loved the colourful edge to the light beam you get with projectors

This is based off of the retail price of $145+ shipping there will also be import costs as these will be coming from America.

For the money you will get the HID projectors and the shroud which you'll need to retro fit to your headlights.

What sealant did you use to reseal yours 9n3 turbo..

I was looking into fitting projectors, do you think 3" lens would fit the 9n3 lamps? I haven't seen it done before.
