camber angle

I have a 01 1.4 and the drivers side wheel is wearing the inner edge of the tyre, had the tracking checked and adjusted but the wheel looks to be tilting inwards at the top ,Can the camber angle on the front suspension be adjusted?
or do I need a new strut and mounting?
