extremely bouncy on the road and going over drain covers etc its almost like the cars stepping out any ideas . and also best place for vw polo parts

Check the wishbone bushes, balljoints, antiroll bar bushes, and the droplinks for the antirollbar
They are likely perished and need replacing

had the car for free so a project . got it on ramps today to notice theres no stabiliser/sway bar or anti roll bars and to rear leaking shockers and passenger side balljoint nackered
