Im looking to put a sub onto my 6R..i have RNS 510
i know i need a RCA adapter to run the sub
Then found out i need component speakers in the doors to run tweeters...
so whats is the best cheapest option?..shall i try just the sub first..i dont want it powerful ...just extra bass over standard thats all
+ are aftermarket speakers straight plug in to standard wiring?

A line level RCA adapter for the sub is all you need
The stock speakers are more than capable and once you push the bass to the sub you can up the volume quite considerably

When you install your sub can you do a step by step please mate? I'm struggling to get my head around it, where to run power supply from battery, remote turn on, where to ground, fitting the RCA adapter to the stereo? Cheers mate

Its all in my head aha....you can run the power from battery terminal through the bulkhead and down the side panels into the boot. Remote from the 12v in the boot. ground anywhere you likkeee aha the RCA can go behind the head unit somwhere
but nevertheless i will do it...but it wont be soon..maybe a couple of weeks
