So i traced my leak down to the rubbers not having a tight grip on the window. Has anyone else encountered this problem before and what was your solution?

The window rubbers are more of a water deterrant than a seal. A certain amount of water will run past and out the door drains

How much water is coming through and where is it coming out/going through?

If I pour a watering can over the window, it's like a waterfall entering the door. The passenger side is worse than the drivers. I've sealed both doors with a plastic membrane so hopefully that might stop it..

Have you got the internal window seal strip clipped into place? The doorcard snaps into it at the top

Is that the white strip? Yep have got that in, the water definitely is getting in right at the top.

No it's black. White strip is door card side

Have you got a pic looking down at the seals with the doorcard off?

Hmm, Is the trim visible with the door card on? I'll get the card off and have another look.
