What length brake hose for G60 brakes?

As one of my calipers has been playing up and eating up brake pads on one side, I decided to upgrade to G60 brakes. Well, actually I got some Seat Ibiza Cupra R calipers and carriers, new G60 vented discs and new black diamond G60 pads.

Went to have it all fitted and found out that the brake line fitting on the caliper is not banjo and needs to be male. Also they are not long enough, but does anyone know what length they need to be or will Seat Ibiza Cupra R ones be right? Trouble is, I don't want them to be too short or too long and catches with something! Am a bit gutted as the current hoses I bought specially made and were braided hoses with clear red covers which look rather nice!

Cheers!

May not be what you're after but have you tried just using the carriers? Do you know what they have embossed on the Girling,Lucas etc?

Could be an option instead of changing out the hoses etc.

Thanks, but no as the main reason I did all this was because I needed a new/new calipers, so thought I might as well upgrade at the same time!
