Need some help with scan results

Went for a drive and while waiting for a traffic light, check engine light went on, engine lost almost all power, it wouldn't rev over 2k and it sounded like a complete mess. First gear and slowly moved to the side. The car was towed back home and after a full scan here are the results:
4 Faults Found:
17953 - Throttle Valve Controller
P1545 -- 35-10 - Malfunction - Intermittent
18045 - Powertrain Data Bus
P1637 -- 35-10 - Missing Message from Electric Load Controller - Intermittent
17975 - Load Signal from A/C Compressor
P1567 -- 35-10 - No Signal - Intermittent
17965 - Charge Pressure Control
P1557 -- 35-00 - Positive Deviation
Readiness: 0000 0000
Some info regarding the car in case it helps.
It is a very well maintained polo, i have changed almost everything through its lifetime except from:
Fuel pump, lamda sensors, spark plug wires, coilpack.
I change oil and all filters every 7500Km, clean throttle valve, regular scans with vcds, etc.
I recently gave my fuel injectors for ultrasonic cleaning to a very reputable place with very good results.
If i missed something i'll post again.
Any clues?
