9n coolant warning light issue

I've read a few posts on here where people are having issues with the coolant warning light coming on & getting that annoying warning tone. In some cases it might be a case of replacing the expansion tank but this did not solve my issue & this is what solved my problem on my 02 9n 1.9TDI (1 year on & still no problem)
I noticed in the Haynes manual that most of the control modules runs through the instrument clocks & thought I'd start there.
On closer inspection of the soldered joints on the back of the PCB board, I noticed most of the joints had cracks in them.
Using a small tipped soldering iron & being very careful not to burn or bridge the joint, i re-soldered all the pins on the back of the wiring harness connectors on both ends of the board.
The photo shows one end of the board & there is the same on the other end.

Please note to be careful if attempting to do this.
