Hey, I'm all new to this stuff so just wondering if you could help me out a bit.
I'm looking to lower my 1.2 polo 2011 as it sits pretty high at the back. Just wondering what's better?
The H&R 25 40 or the H&R 35 55?
What size wheel will look good with both suspension too?
Cheers

No ive heard if you get the 25/40mm's it rides quite nice on the stock shocks, anything more it rides a little rough apparently

No with the 15/40 H&R springs other than speed bumps the ride is near enough the same but feels much firmer around corners as with standard springs it's very Rolly.

I've got a friend with a 2013 Polo 1.2 TDI SE and it's running my old GTI springs after I changed mine for Eibach Pros.
The Eibach part numbers are the same for the GTi and 1.2 TDI so I figured it would be ok to put the GTI springs on it.
The drop is quite nice really, not too low, but looks more 'on the road' now.
The ride is still good, and given the dampers are the same it does a pretty good job of controlling things. Main benefits appear to be flatter cornering and braking/accelerating and a reduced centre of gravity.
