Has it just been tuned differently or is it a physical difference?

Also would it be possible to change from 60>70? (How? How much?)

I think the new models are both 4v per cylinder one litre units, so the difference is in the software.

Where the old 1.2 litre 60ps was a two valve, and the 70ps was a four valve. So you could not buy the 60ps and upgrade it to 70ps.
