H&R 35/55mm or lower springs?

Can someone please suggest what springs to get, about £220 budget.
Was thinking 35/55mm H&R but was wondering if there are better or lower springs for my budget.
Or coilovers for around the same price.
The only Polo I have seen lowered on the 35/55 is the one with the body kit so I was wondering if someone has a pic of a non-gti (15mm lower) lowered on 35/55
Or anything around there?
Also: what's this mean? "Front axle from 930>KG" "Front axle upto >929KG" I don't know which I would choose?
