Finally lowered the car on 35/55 H&R suspension, lower than I expected, but sits on wheels perfect now. New wheels going on Wednesday.

Offset (ET) value of the R32 rims?

They look badass on a polo 6R.

7.5j et38, 215/35/18 tyres.
Tried the original 225/40/18 that were on the wheels but had no chance.
The fronts are flush with the arch, luckily no rubbing. Rears could probably do with a 5mm spacer

Not sure what mods to do to the car now, was thinking gti grill but the chrome on the original grill matches the sel bumper grill..

Factory MKIV Golf R32 wheels are ET38 offset, but they're also 7.5" wide, so they'd look and fit a 6R like the standard wheels with 15mm spacers.

Found it lol, gorgeous car mate!!!! not read this thread yet as I'm at work just flicked through but just a couple of questions, does it scrape at all at this hight and I have ordered the blue gt a few weeks ago and will be keeping the standard 17" wheels and wraPping them do you know if I lower mine the same as what you have done will it still look that low or a lot higher?
Thanks in advance

Thanks! :D
It doesn't scrape at all in normal driving, only place the underbody scrapes is at my 6th form. Speed bumps are massively high, drive at 3mph in the car park  But never ever scraped anywhere else.
It will still look pretty low, theres a picture of my car lowered on the standard 16" wheels in the thread.
I think it looked lower on the smaller wheels tbh

Cheers man, not even got my car yet getting the polo blue gt in black pearl delivered at end of December, and already planning on what I want to do and as yours is one of the nicest black polos that iv found which is pretty close to what I want to do I thought if ask you :) the gt is apparently 15 mm lower than standard polos already but don't wanna f**k the arches up on a brand new car lol ever thought about smoking the back lights ? And blackening the badges iv seen a few videos on plastidip on YouTube and looks sick can smoke the lights with there tint aswell, just depends on what look your going for tho?

Haha I was the same. I've thought about blackening the badges but I've got a lot of chrome on the car: sel grill, exhaust tip. I'm looking to get a GTI grill, I'll black out the top red strip with plastidip and possibly chrome the bottom.
I am looking at a remap now though..

That looks great Saty, like the way it's all progressing.

I think the blued grill will look smart, along with the GTD badge.

What remap you looking at?
