Picked up my 6C SEL....

Picked up my 6C SEL a few weeks ago after 6 month build time.
1.2 TSI SEL Manual
Mayan Blue
I added:
17" Mirabeau Alloys
Electronic Climate Control
Electric Mirrors
Light and Sight Pack
Rear View Camera
Discover Navigation
So pretty well specced I think - Only think I wish I had added is the Sunroof.
I've done just over 1000 miles in four weeks.

That looks nice and those Mirabeau alloys certainly lift it. Wish they'd been available to order on the GT's.
Nice spec. too.
What's fuel economy like?
I think my BlueGT will be ready for collection next week

Thanks guys - It was definitely worth the wait.
I'd recommend the alloys to anyone who is ordering - certainly makes the car stand out more.
Fuel economy - I've not really bothered about this much as I've just been enjoying driving it bit it varies from low to mid 40's for MPG.

Out of interest, does the light and sight pack include auto-dipping headlamps? It doesn't mention it, but I'm sure I've heard of it somewhere.
Low-to-mid 40s is pretty good IMO, and the Mirabeau alloys look fantastic.

I have the light and sight pack, and it doesn't mate - i questioned this with VW and they said it was an error on there behalf. I was gutted haha, as that would have been a nice feature.

Nice car dude, looks great with Mirabeau's!
Out of interest, did they ever give you a reason for the six month wait time?

It doesnt include auto-dipping unfortunately.
Low-to mid 40's is on longer drives - motorway etc. In town it is a lot less than that.

Thanks
6 months is the norm for orders at the moment I think - They are built in South Africa and then go to Germany before arriving in the UK. The journey from SA to Germany took almost 5 weeks for mine.
