9n3 rear light adaptor

Hi, does anyone have the above rear cluster light adaptors? I need a pair to help with the install of the newer 9n3 type rear lights in place of the 9n lights currently fitted. If you have the rear lights and bulb holders too, so much the better but I really need the wiring adaptor/converter. Can arrange to have them collected if that makes it easier.
