How to make weather proof with door seals car noise?

I have vw polo 1.6 16v gti, MKV, year 2000.
I have been thinking to make my car bit weather proof and quieter when closing doors?
after all my weeks of research. I found the D and P shape doors rubber/seals can do the magic. Has any one done this yet or any ideas where to get the right ones?

today I am planning to go to vw dealers to see what they have on new / high spec cars... I will post picture's later....
