Does anyone know if the 6N2 Polo has speaker fuses somewhere?

Had a crackling speaker the other day, then all sound went from the stereo, The display is still on and I don't think it's the HU as I swapped it with another that I know works and it was the same!

Any Ideas?

tried putting different speakers in? mebbe that one blew slightly and then killed both of them...

(wierd!)

sounds like the output transistors on the hu have died
