Window problem

Hey peeps ... have a bit of a problem. When i wind my window down a bit I can push the rest of the window the whole way down. 
Any suggestions / ideas what the problem could be??
Just found this out as we've had class weather over here past few days and I had my window wound down a bit and my mate leaned on my window and I just watched as my door handle spun round as the window slid down
