... is my car. It's the non metallic blue. Is it jazz blue or surf blue? I need to get some touch up paint and I don't trust my local incompetent VW dealer..

Quick poke about on Auto Trader comes up with only a few ads for blue Polos. Most of them are surf blue, some mercato blue. Both are listed in the the ads as metallic colours. As for jazz, my bet would be that its not a metallic colour, I seem to remember being told that by my 'rents when they went shopping for their Bora...
Like david says, have a look at the paint code, or failing that have a look at a passat or bora brochure (don't think they do Polos in jazz blue anymore but I'm probably wrong) in your nearest dealer!!

Nah man, that R32 blue was introduced at the time the R32 was; it's called 'deep blue'.
This is Surf LA5C:
This is Jazz (pearl) LW5Z:
R32 Deep Blue (pearl) LB5R:

That 'deep blue' on the R32 is lurrrvely

anyone know how much a respray would be on average and how many litres of paint a Polo needs for the job? I could start saving now and get it done at Christmas
