Hi guys,
Quick question here. Wanting to replace the bulbs for my car above. I've seen mixed information, some saying the bulbs for main beam and dipped beam are both H4 and some are saying H7. I am wanting to replace both the high beam and dipped beam with Philips diamond vision 5000k bulbs as I cannot be bothered getting a HID kkt and the bulbs only cost £10 quid each off the 5th letter bay website. I am also going to replace the sidelights with LED's

.
1) diamond vision bulbs worth the upgrade?
2) are the dipped beam h7's or h4's? And what about the main beam?
Thanks a lot in advance

They are both H7.
H4 is only used in headlights with ones dish. Because H4 has two filament (Sorry if it's spelled wrong) one for low and one for high beam.
H7/H7 headlight:

I have never known so many different headlight designs on one car as we get on the 6C.
1. Single dish
2. Chrome double rectangular
3. Chrome/black double round
4. Xenons
5. LEDs

I always wonder if they are all interchangeable. Would like to swap my halogens for LEDs

Pretty there's more work in it than just swapping like that. Probably need new BCM. And then there still is no guaranty they will work. They run on a whole other voltage for one thing... And they are insanely expensive... Around twice the price of bi-xenon headlights if my memory serves me right.
But all the halogen ones are interchangeable.

What about a xenon retrofit? I have seen they are available for the 6R but was unsure if they would fit a 6C

They come on the 6C BlueGT now. The rest (Exept for the BlueMotion) will be available with LED which replaces Xenon.
But if you were to try to fit LED headlights to a 6R, I think the best try would be to fit them to one with bi-Xenon. As they need some of the same parameters.
