Rear window wiper jet did not work,i thought it was a blockage but cleaned out the jet and water comes out but not under preasure, when pump operates. However lower part of the jet which fits into the motor has broken so now i cannot get a proper seal so the jet does not have full preasure. The lower part of the jet is stuck in there so jet does not seal properly :( .Is there a way to get the lower part out ,i dont want to get another motor just because of the broken jet.Seems like it is rusted in the spindle.

You'd have to put a screw in and attempt to pull it out, or use a drill to drill the remaining plastic out without damaging the shaft

I dont think that will work, looking at the spindle shaft the jet fits over the inner shaft (water comes through) and the jet fits over the shaft and between the outerpart,The whole jet is metal apart from the end where the jet nozzle is.I am hoping i might be able to get a thin smal blade between and try and free it to see if i can then with a bit of luck gradually raise it to get hold of end to pull it out.

Oh yes I remember the design now

Failing that get a new assembly from a scrapyard. Shouldn't be expensive

Yeah, it's a common fault in that the tube on the inside of the spindle rusts, sticks and breaks with the potential to leak water into the tailgate. I have bought two 6N2 Polos and both had rear wash / wipe problems. Easiest solution, as Alex suggests, is to get a s/h unit.
