Engine coding must be done with ignition switch ON and engine OFF.

Please link to purchase the harness/kit.

What instructions did you follow for the wiring installation?

Also is the bcm female connector same as ecu female connector iichel?

Are you sure the CJLA engine supports cruise control? I cannot find any reference to cruise control in my wiring schemes.

It seems that it does support CCS,

I can't find the CCS ECU pin either...

086 BCM with CCS? That's a first to me, but it seems that it indeed does!

I'm somehow feeling like pin 69 is like a ECU pin for GND/12V where the current introduced by the CCS system is messing up some sensor readings.

I guess it supports. Probably the pin allocation is wrong i guess?
What should i do now iichel , ciclo?

Any idea guys about the pin allocation diagram? Ecu pin arrangement?

Or anyway i can try to find the correct pin?

Perhaps you can find some information about this engine on the Team BHP forum? It seems the CJLA engine is very specific to your model (polo Sedan typ 60) in the indian and russian regions.

Do not attempt to randomly pick a pin, this may cause harm to your electronic modules or electrical installation.

Maybe Patil or govindsharma can help you.
I know govindsharma had the updated ELSA for the Indian versions.

Hi
Siddhants127

Were you able to sort out the CCS problem?

I will step in if not. 👍

Will wait for your reply.

Hi
Siddhants127,

Sorry for keep you waiting this long as I was very busy with work.

Your CCS retrofit issue is more complicated than I thought. I went through the wiring diagrams of Polo 1.2MPI(CJLA)with CCS from factory ( eg; Govinds Polo MY 2016). Thanks to dear friend Govind for providing updated ELSA Pro wiring diagrams. Below is the wiring diagram which is concerned to us.
Image

We can see that the white wire(0.35mm2) from BCM T73b/45 goes to ECU, but it is not mentioned to which ECU pin it goes. It further instructs to see engine flow diagram for exact pin allocated. To my surprise, engine flow diagrams doesn't has the flow diagram showing the white wire at all!!
Then I had to approach unconventional way to extract the exact pin allocated in ECU. Thanks to a Electrician friend from my VW service centre, who sent me a picture of ECU connector with white wire from Polo1.2 MPI with CCS. The pin allocated is indeed T121a/69!!!... its the same pin you had mentioned in your installation.

Something was not adding up, so I digged up further.

I found out that your ECU and Govind Sharma's ECU are different even though same engine(CJLA). From pictures it is clear that the ECUs are updated ones from MY 2016.
Your ECU:

Govind Sharma's ECU:

ETKA has only mention of Govind Sharma's ECU. Your ECU is not listed.. Strange.

I remember, VW introduced CCS for Polo in India from later part of year 2015( MY 2016) onwards. Yours is MY 2015 without CCS from factory. I think VW introduced the updated ECUs which supports CCS from 2016 MY.

So putting altogether in a nutshell, I can only think of 3 senarios possible.

1. Your ECU doesn't support CCS.
2. Your ECU may support CCS but pin assignment might not be T121a/69.
3. Problem with wiring and installation.

Please check if the ECU error codes disappear after unpinning CCS wire from T121a/69 and putting back stock coding.

Hi patil, yes as soon as i remove the 69 pin connection this epc and check engine lights are gone….you are right probably my ecu doesnt support ccs.
So i guess i cnt enjoy ccs in my car alas.

Anyway thanx a lot for this comprehensive search and consequent explaination for this issue.
Will try to return the wiring set and stalk😔😔.

Or can i swap the ecu ….is it possible …is it doable?

Yes, if you can find an ECU with its immobiliser data (a cluster + key) or an ECU with immo-OFF is probably easiest.
Or perhaps, you can find someone to update the software on your ECU, I'm not sure that's possible.
