Polo 6C VCDS tweaks not working?

My name is Pipo and i am proud owner of a Polo 6C.
I have a few questions relating the VCDS options. I have done several tweaks like: acoustic signal when closing/opening, daytime running lights activation through menu, DRL with Fog lights same time when DRL activated, dimmed warning light led singnal interior dashboard, amped up the LED fog and drill lights to 80%.
The tweaks were done by a professional but a few options didn't work for my specific polo. The tweaks that did not work were: Rain closing panoramic roof, shutting off the star stop system, comfort blinking light setting to 5x (stuck on 3 in spite of changing the codes), needle sweep.
These were the options i wanted but couldn't get activated. My question is are there any Polo 6C owners who have done similar tweaks and it worked for them?
