Hi!

I was wondering if you know if it's possible to remove the red color from the original MK5 Rear lights?
If it's possible, tell me how :P

its in the plastic so you need to change the lense(sp?) on the mk5 peel back the carpet in the boot and you will see 4 10mm (possibly 8mm) nuts that have to be undone and then unplug the wires and voila!

sorry I wrote a long posting but the damn PC hung on me so you will have to make do with this concise version!

Halfords do a spray called light/rear light tint, a can of spray that you can use on you rear lenses and most probably your indicators. Come in black, blue, green, orange and red. Cost about £12 and is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a whole new set of rear lenses but have the same effect if done properly. Company called Foliatech make it.

Hope this helps.
