Needs to be a 7E0 937 090x BCM from Polo Sedan (IND/RUS) with factory LED or from T6 with factory LED.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
Update on the Polo Porsche brakes, all parts are painted, stickered, overhauled and ready to be mounted.
Adapters are from Epytec
I decided to take the rear brakes from the 'ZR17' set from Porsche for all axles, so 4-pots. There is an option to have 6-pots on the front axle too, but I think it's too much.
Parts list:
Brake calipers left 7L6615423L = 955352421 = Brembo 20.7673.03, PR 1KF
Brake calipers right 7L6615424L = 955352422 = Brembo 20.7673.04
Brake calipers for handbrake = OEM 6R0 WRC = 6R0615425E + 6R0615424E + 6R0615423B + 6R0615424B
Brake pads: 7L6698451D; I took TRW DTEC for front and rear. 1 set = 2 calipers
Front brake discs: 1ML615301 323 x 28mm = Seat Leon 1M FR 5x100
Rear brake discs: 4E0615601K 310 x 22mm from VW Phaeton 3D 5x112, re-drill to 5x100
Hand brake cables: 1J0609721AQ from Golf 4 R32 4-motion 1700mm (OEM 6R0 is 1660mm)
Small parts:
Brake line protectors: 4x 7L0615703 + 8x N10405604
2x 7P0614771A brake line L
2x 7P0614772A brake line R
2x 7P0614843 brake line holder L
2x 7P0614844 brake line holder R
4x N10156305 bolts brake line holder
4x 4D0611715B retaining spring brake line
4x 7L0907637 wear sensor
4x 1J0973802 connector for wear indicator
2x return spring for handbrake 1K0615295 + 1K0615296
2x mounting parts for brake pad 7L0698269 (1 set = 2 calipers)
Front and rear brake hoses braided by Goodridge
(remember, left is odd, odd part numbers are left in VW world)
Brake caliper overhauling sets:
Porsche: 7L0698671 (1 set = 1 caliper)
Polo: rear 8D0698671 (1 set = 2 calipers)

Hello iichel!
Are you still making adapters for sale for tail light 6R to 6C?
Thanks!

Small update from the kessy Polo, regarding Passat CC seats:
One is in and fitted, of course fully working and buttons are still accessible with the door closed.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
is there a chance for a pseudo-tutorial after the full installation is complete? Love the Passat seats, but always thought they wont fit. Curious what modifications were needed for this retrofit.

Sheet of metal, 35x5x0,5cm and then make an adapter for the seat.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
so Its basically that a flat bracket that bolts into stock holes, with offset holes for new seat.
Did you use nut and bolt, or did you use rivnuts?

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
They look very nice! Will you need spacers to get them to fit inside the front wheels? I did get some Brembo Junior GT 4-pot front calipers, but found I would need a minimum of 15mm wide spacers on the front which was too wide for me as with the lowering on the coilovers, they would rub the wheel arch liner too much, so I would have to raise the car which I don't want to do!iichel wrote: ↑Tue Mar 15, 2022 11:11 am Update on the Polo Porsche brakes, all parts are painted, stickered, overhauled and ready to be mounted.
