Hi guys, I'm looking to upgrade my alloys from the old Golf's GTI wheels which i bought used, to something new, but I'm short of ideas, I was thinking the audi TTRS alloys, or the New Golf GTI alloys.
If you guys would post some pictures of your alloys, or any recommendations, i would be very grateful!
Thanks guys can't wait to see your thoughts!

I've got r32 aristo wheels on mine
I've had the itch to change the wheels and have thought about the ttrs ones, I think similar ones came on the a1 and would fit with no problem

Wheels and tyres cost me $1400 Australian.. so probably not much help to you if you live across the pond.
Car has been lowered on 25/40 H&R springs. The ride is a bit harsh.. but even on the factory 17" wheels it's a harsh ride with these springs. On the factory suspension the 18" wheels were fine.
I've got some KW Street Comfort coilovers on order which, from all reports, provide a very comfortable lowered ride.
Tyres are Kumho 215/35/R18. No rubbing issues.

215/40/18? What the width/offset are ur wheels? I have to run 215/35/18 on mine, would be good if I can fit 215/40/18. I tried a 225/40/18 that came on the wheels and would have rubbed badly if I ran them.

So then they are not TTRS wheels then.

They are "just" Audi Rotor whells.

this is gunna sound like a really silly question, but did you need any spacers, or did you just buy the alloys slap some tyres on them and pop them on?
