tpk bluetooth problems

I'm having trouble with my touch phone kit, it keeps disconnecting from my Samsung galaxy s4, then restarting again. It seems to read all the contacts then shuts down before showing the vw logo then restarting. It will do this every minute or so.
Anyone any ideas on how to solve this problem!
