there was something like this going on a few months ago, which all seemed to be above board, however, when the free electronic item was recieved, IT WAS BROKE.
For example ipod's didn't work and they couldn't be fixed by Apple.
I must admit though, at those prices i'd be tempted to give it a go.

It looks to me like one of those pyramide (sp?) things, When you click on the silver ps2 it metions you are buying a book and the list is 10 people.

It is a pyramid thing. 10 people have to buy the ps2 for £13 for you to actually recieve the console. The good thing it that at the minute the site is very popular, so prizes are being given out. THe company are giving nothing away - they recieve 13 x 10 = 130 and payout with a ps2 which they get for 100 or less giving them a profit. I thought I would reccomend the site because many prizes are being won at the minute. I have just this minute bought a ps2 for £13 and now just hope enough people sign up for me to receive the product. But its just a matter of time be4 the bubblke bursts so im really taking a risk. But If i win, I will sell the special ed ps2 on ebay for 160+ so I will make a fair bit of moddin money. I'm not telling you to do it, Its just thought id give the option for people to try and win some cheap goods.

fair play - but that bubble's going to burst very very soon
I wouldn't bother - it's simple maths and the very fact that it increases exponentially every time someone signs up means that incredibly soon there will be thousands upon thousands of p!ssed off people.
when it bursts, only 1 in 10 people will have got their product.
and when it bursts - the company will make an absolute fortune - think of how many people will have 9 purchases in their cycle - 9 x amount paid - and no product for anyone!

trouble is, now most people have missed the boat, and so for example if you wanted an X-box you now have to wait for another 500 people at least to join, which is quite frankly not gonna happen in at least a years time, like i said earlier, its a thing you have to get into early to stand a chance
