Help removing covers shifter

anyone know how to do to remove the parts you see in the picture marked with red arrows?
I want to install an oem armrest.

Long story short:
Push the 2 'lips' at the bottom arrows down and pull the entire centre console towards the hand brake lever

Hello again,I have already put support for the armrest and before riding all want to get a line to the armrest to place a 12v cigarette lighter socket.
now I need a help to remove the following center ...I'm taking advantage of all dismantled.

Hi, already put in place.
Twice I have mounted armrest that forget to turn lighter and aux.
Now seems a good job.

I finished installing 12v socket in the trunk and additional

light that soon I hope to change with leds.
