VCDS/VagCom around South Yorkshire/Sheffield?

Was looking to buy an RCD 510 with DAB and was wanting someone to be able to code it in and fit for me and a few other things such as no DRL headlights and even needle sweep!
In no way am I wanting this for free or even expecting it to be cheap just wanting someone who is skilled and not too far to give me a rough price! Thank you
