cw vw polo sportline-(all the way from South Africa)

Hi guy/gals I like to share what I have done so far

So to start of :
Replaced the turbo about 3 times
Did fmic
Did software
Custom interior led lights (all white)
Custom numberplate lights
Painted the center console gloss black (also did the vent mod in center console)
Cupra lip (gloss black)
Gloss black pillars
Gti grilles al round
[strikethrough]Decate ,63mm back box with stainlesteel tip (bended downwards)[/strikethrough]straight pipe :lol:
Jvc double din
Targa gold 7 band Equalizer
0 gage powercabel
Rockford rca cables
Starsound 7800 monoblock
2x targa xxx 12" subs in custom box(fiberglass on the inside and leds)
Custom backbord with pioner 6x9 (480 watts) and starsound 400watt split system
Powerbass 3200 4 channel
2 frad cap
Replaced clucth plate
Plastidipped the calipers yellow
Custom tdi stickers on the side-removed
White pinstripe on gti grill
Led parklights (and park light in indicator housing)
Projector kit in headlights (bi-xenon projectors)
Joey mod on lights
white and black vw badges (front and back)
Momo pedals
Custom wraped steering wheel insurts
Tow bar delete
Some other stickers
Gloss black V down to the cupra lip -done
Gti rear apron ( top part color coded, bottem part gloss black)-done
18" Wheels -done
Coilies -done
Gti side skirts-pending
Boot debadge- done
Defi boost gauge in center console-done
Window tinting
Gloss black roof-done
[strikethrough]Green pinstriping on V and gti rear apron(if it looks good if not gonna leave it)-done[/strikethrough]
Custom intake
[strikethrough]Cupra turbo (change thrust bearing in cupra turbo from 270degree to 360degree and tweak actuator) or mod standart turbo to 17/52 )[/strikethrough]Baby Big Turbo to come soon
Mods: (forgot)
Brake lights led lights and painted black
Golf 5 Gti steering wheel-done
6R light switch-done
6R aircon knobs -done
Audi R8 cluster needels- can't find the :( -done with Golf 5 gti needles and change leds in the cluster to white
Led brake lights on boot spoiler -done
A really good detail
Sound deadening :lol: lol hah

Looks stunning mate! :shock:
Can I ask, why 3 turbos?
Always wondered what Cupar wheels looked like on a polo too.

Bought the car with a whiny turbo then i put a recon turbo on which didnt last long, the place where i got the recon done replace the turbo under warranty twice then i put a new oem turbo and its 100% ever since

Fair enough, least they replaced it under warranty.

Sorry to sound dumb, what bhp are you running? I looked at the graph and my brain gave up on me i'm afraid!

Will get some new pics of mine up when clean at weekend! Good to see some polo sports about!

Plus what paint did you use on your engine cover looks amazing in white! really sets of the engine bay, All you need now is an Audi R8 oil cap!

Love the grey/anthracite wheels you were running at the track, what are they? Looks awesome!

Think its 170bhp and i used normal white can paint just did alot of thin coats and they were Ray reps dont know the specs of the wheels as i no longer have them and ja i need the oil cap

Wow, that is going well then!!

Awesome, might have to paint mine up then, really like engine covers painted up for some reason.

I managed to get the oil cap off good old eBay, with the special VW fitments.

Have to keep posting pics and updates of your car! Like to see what you do next!

Thanks i dont know if im allowed to post up links to other forums but i have a detailed rides thread with some diys

The car goes
Did a 15.2 1/4mile with a 154km/h exit speed . And a 1km sprint with a exit speed of 195km/h
