UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Hello, I'm new here! I've just ordered a new 3-door Polo SE 1.2TSI as my first car as being 17, its relatively low insurance group really helps.
I ordered the car in black and have chosen a few extras:
-Cruise and Park pack
-Reversing camera
-Car-Net App-Connect

I decided to go with the 1.2TSI as when I started to look at the Polo, I was interested in the 1.0 (75PS) but quickly found that it was going to be a bit lacking in power,
I've also been assured that the 'Car-Net App-Connect' is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto so will be interested to see what thats like. Has anybody on here got that yet?

My dealer has given me an estimate of 12-16 weeks for delivery

Polo was my first car too, its been a great car and coming up to a year since I brought it, ull enjoy it
I made a similar choice with the engine, was gunna go with the 1.2tdi but went with the 1.6 TDI. Even the 1.6 feels underpowered at times but I'll have that sorted in the summer

To be honest, it was clear to me that out of everything I looked at the Polo was the best option, for me a diesel didn't make sense because I won't be doing that many miles and for the extra I would have paid I got to choose a few options that i wouldn't have otherwise had. Your car looks amazing btw!

yeah a much better choice than the 1000s of 'limited' edition corsas everyone seems to get
