Needing a little help here guys got all the stuff I need for dash cam. I have run all the wires but just unsure how to wire it up.
So here is the fuse box what fuse would be safe to use an unused slot preferably
To plug this in and does it matter what way around its goes but I want that camera to switch of with the ignition thanks any help appreciated.

Re: Dash Cam
you cound use any fuse on terminal 15, being:
2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 25, 26, 27
(start in the bottom right corner and count row-wise, so 1-8, 9-16, 17-24 etc)

Re: Dash Cam
OK update on this camera is now fitted to do a full test yet.
Removed this fuse here 15amp pointed out with screwdriver ( This is a right hand drive car)
Then added piggy back fuse to holder wire pointing up as in picture
The black and red wire from the 12v to 5v adapter goes to the red wire from the fuse I used a small plastic terminal block for this.
Then the black wire from the the adapter earth I put under the bolt here this is behind the panel side of dash when you open drivers door

Re: Dash Cam
Thanks for the pm fella.
Completed mine a few minutes ago in exactly the same way!
So much better than having it plugged in to the 12v socket.

Re: Dash Cam
Thankfully I use the USB to charge the phone via mirror link and have built in sat nav, I really hate wires!
