13inch wheels to 15inch without modification?!

Hi all, I've decided I'd quite like to invest in some alloys for my Polo 1.4. They're currently sporting steel wheels with some tired wheel trims. I've tracked down a scrapyard offering four alloys from a Polo 6N2 GTI for £180 and I think they'd look alright and hide the drum brakes alright but as they're for a GTI they're 15 inch, compared to my Polo which is 13 inch.
Is it possible to just interchange the wheels without any modification to the suspension etc. My car hasn't had it's height altered in any way. Any feedback would be appreciated.
