Help LED's required and list

Hi all,
Newbie here, I'm after LED's for my Polo Match (5 Door) 1.2 (2012) and I think mine is 6R? My Polo is not Xenon equipped - just bog standard.
Can someone please kindly provide me with full list and sizes/fitments for the above
Also what output wattage is recommended?
And are these for the main/dipped beam? Or are they for fogs as stated?
