Hi all,

I was driving along to work this morning and all of a sudden when I changed the touch screen to long term MPG it said 4 Miles. It was like it had been reset. Issue happened @ 2333 Miles as I noticed it @ 2337. I then reset it manually and it went back to 0.

Anyway to get the data back, or what would have caused it to automatically reset in the first place?

No one got any ideas what could cause it?

Anyone else had the same issue?

Yes mine did this at a similar mileage.

I'm not sure how long the long term data continues for.

Mine went after a valet so I assumed they had reset by mistake when cleaning, perhaps not.

It resets automatically after so many miles. I've found it's usually when I want to look at my long term mpg

It happens in my Tiguan every 2000 miles or so - looks like it's by design.
