Full Beam and Fog Lights

Can anyone tell me how and where i can upgrade my full beam and fog lights please
If it's just bulbs you can buy better ones from Halfords or any good auto shop. I got mine from a company called Horizon LED and did the whole front end H7's Indicators and DRL's.
Actual headlamp units you can get on ebay but the fittings on the connectors vary slightly between the 6c and 6r as the side lights are in different locations. Best to check the connectors match yours before you buy.
