I was wondering on doing a radio swap. The stock radio was RCD210 but i swapped it out for an old sony radio just so i could play music through an AUX because the RCD210 didnt have an AUX input.
Buuut the question is would i be able to put RCD510 in the car ? Without any hassle and is it a straight swap ?. Do i need any extra cables and if so where can i get them.
And do i play music through bluetooth or an aux ? Because my car doesnt have any AUX input in it.

Straight swap for an RCD510 and you'll need to add the auxiliary cable and socket. eBay sell them cheaply

I wouldn't buy one from the USA. You'll want a Euro spec one as they have more functionality

Not quite sure what that black box is. I would buy the rcd510 and the aux cable seperately

I imagine that will fit as the buttons are the same

It does support Bluetooth with the appropriate kit

I'm afraid that's past my knowledge of what kits work in the 6R. I can tell you it's a 9W7 kit but someone else will have to fill in the gaps
