hi friends, I have this errors with VCDS diagnosis. Maybe the problem was created when I get off rear bumper and sensors for mounting the rear view camera without disconnecting the battery because before I had no errors.
Time ago I activated some functions but don't know if the problem is due to this, the functions are: Bluetooth OEM with Push to talk, TPMS, AUX-IN, trip computer and automatic closing door. I hope you can help me

I checked the fuse SB16 but my sensors were installed after in the dealership and then I haven't fuse in that position:

Well, now it all makes more sense.
Perhaps it is a simple software problem, the best thing to do is go where the system was installed and they check the control unit.

Ok, but my main problem is that I have activated the rear view camera and on the display now I see all black when I insert the reverse.
I thought that everything depended on the fact that I hadn't activated the functions on module 10- park/steer assist, but as you can see:


the camera view appears on the display when I enter the reverse though all it's black.
I saw some videos on the web and they activated the rear view camera only activated the function in the module 37- navigation. In fact if I hadn't had parking sensors however I would not be able to enter in the module 10- park steer assists.
What could be the problem?

Try this:
Disconnect and reconnect camera connector, the same operation with orange wire-->connector on GTParsystem (centralina).

I leave the battery connected? I disconnect both connectors of the rear view camera?

unfortunately no!
This morning I spoke with the company GT and they told me that the unit isn't recognized by the software volkswagen but only activates the bit 10- park/steer assists in module 19- can-gateway.
I tried to deactivate the parking sensors from the can-gateway but when I insert the reverse I see all black on the display
